How to Initiate a Return:

Include in your email:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
Reason for return/exchange

Once we receive your request, we will:
Reply with instructions on how to return your item(s), which may include a return shipping label.
Provide details on where to send your return package.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, with tags attached and original packaging included.
We accept returns for defective or damaged items.

Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on:
Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different size or variant, return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status within 48 hours.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Important Notes:

We cannot process refunds for incorrect variant or size selection. However, we may offer solutions to upgrade the product with applicable additional fees.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on the customer’s location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
